This is a new role — the first dedicated Product Manager at Suisse Wallet. The product is live (v2.4.0), the engineering, design, and QA teams are in place. You'll build the product management function from scratch — own the roadmap, set up processes, and take the product forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap — prioritize features across Send/Receive, Atomic Swaps, P2P Trade, Ghost Mode, Invoice, QR Payments, and Dashboard
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis — track non-custodial wallets (Exodus, Ledger, MetaMask, Trust Wallet), DeFi protocols, and privacy tools
• Define and track product metrics — set KPIs for user acquisition, retention, swap volume, P2P trade activity, and feature adoption
• Write product requirements and technical documentation — translate user needs into clear specs for engineering
• Coordinate cross-functional execution — facilitate communication between developers, designers, QA engineers, and partners
• Drive UX improvements — analyze onboarding flows, transaction experiences, and security interfaces
• Manage the product lifecycle — from concept through research, spec, development, testing, launch, and post-launch analysis
• Plan future platform expansion — mobile wallet strategy, new chain integrations, hardware wallet support, and DeFi features

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience with crypto wallets, blockchain products, DeFi platforms, or privacy-focused technologies
• Understanding of non-custodial architecture, private key management, and multi-chain ecosystems
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams on Electron, React, TypeScript, blockchain APIs
• Strong analytical skills — ability to define metrics, interpret data, and make evidence-based product decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Preferred

• Experience with privacy technologies (Monero, zero-knowledge proofs, encryption protocols)
• Experience building desktop applications (Electron)
• Experience with P2P marketplace or exchange products
• Understanding of atomic swap mechanics and cross-chain bridge technology
• Personal daily use of non-custodial crypto wallets

Compensation

Payment in USD (bank transfer) or USDT/USDC (ERC20, BEP20, TRC20) — your choice. Up to 15% quarterly performance bonus tied to product milestones and KPI achievement. Chance to earn equity.
